​Welcome to our Award Winning  Small independent Modern European  restaurant and wine Bar! Here at Journeys, we do believe in simple and fresh food with a touch of fine dining using our personal experience in Michelin Star restaurants. We offer a very unique way to dine like no others in Eastbourne! We offer a very special Tasting Menu based on our signature dishes, we have a very seasonal A La Carte Menu based on small plates and large plates.  We are Proud to follow The Seasons and to use local products. When it comes to Pair Amy's Food, the wine selection is taken very seriously by Sommelier Marina, FOH/OWNER that designed the entire wine list using sustainable and organic wines where possible. We are strong believer of a complete dining experience involves bespoke and matching drinks and wines to go with our special food. We look forward to welcoming you!!
